There are six HDTVs throughout the house with Apple and Amazon Firesticks. The pool table room is a separate room with a bar, HDTV, and speakers.
Step into a two-story formal entry with gleaming walnut hardwood flooring, a step-down living room, and a custom glass staircase. On the main level, you will find a gourmet kitchen complete with classic Carrera marble counters and stainless steel appliances, as well as a beautiful formal dining room connected by a step-down living room filled with concrete flooring and glass doors opening to the balcony with amazing vistas of the Los Angeles skyline. Relax in the comfortable family room alongside a cozy fireplace and a second balcony providing breathtaking panoramic landscape views!
We have an upright piano here, so you can sit and play songs while being inspired by the skyline views.

• It is important to note that the Primary Bedroom shower top and handle are currently experiencing drips that cannot be remedied at this time. However, these drips are not causing any damage to the surrounding area.
• The hot tub is not functional.
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
• No garage parking. 3-4 parking spots in the driveway.
• You will be asked to sign the Los Angeles Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay.
• This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
• Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
• Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
