Saltwind House has an assortment of covered terraces and open balconies with comfortable seating, tables perfect for al fresco cocktails, and an outdoor television to take your entertainment outside. In Newport, there's a lot for your group to explore.
This coastal city has the largest recreational harbor on the West Coast and is known for its amazing beaches, parks, restaurants, and outdoor shopping centers. The living is easy here, and it invites you to ride bikes along the boardwalk and watch pros surf some of the biggest swells in Southern California at The Wedge. Take the ferry to Balboa Island for some of the best seafood in the area and to visit an old-school amusement park with a historic Ferris wheel.

• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
• The garage can accommodate 1 medium-sized vehicle. Anything larger will likely be too large to fit in the attached garage.
• This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
• Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
• Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
• You must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
