The kitchen features high-end appliances, a spacious island with seating, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease—whether you're enjoying a casual breakfast indoors or an island cookout at sunset.

The living area is designed for both comfort and style, with plush seating, warm natural textures, and calming neutral tones that reflect the beauty of the surrounding coastline. The home is equipped with central air conditioning, fiber optic wifi, and cable SmartTVs to keep you cool and connected during your stay.

Just beyond, the tropical outdoors invites you to unwind, with a private pool, lounge seating, and reef-protected snorkeling in the crystal-clear Caribbean waters—perfect for swimming, kayaking, or simply soaking in the view.

Coastal Charm offers three well-appointed bedroom suites designed for cloud-nine comfort. Each room provides a peaceful retreat after a day in the sun, with quality furnishings and a soothing coastal aesthetic.

Beach Notes

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.

The homes on the oceanfront in Rum Point offer great reef-protected snorkeling. The beaches usually have plenty of white sand, but also can have spots of rocky “ironshore” with natural rock formations. We recommend you wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection.

The big draw to this area is the Rum Point Club, a public beachfront destination with beach service, food + drinks, a gift shop, excursions, and snorkeling. Also nearby is the Kaibo, another seaside dining spot with a cafe, a beach bar & grill, and a fine-dining restaurant.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high-water mark.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The beach next door is also always available for your use.

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience seasonal floating ocean debris and sargassum weed.

Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased due to warming waters. The owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.
