Pull a chair onto the covered terrace in the morning and the fairway runs past the back garden. La Brisa is a contemporary villa in Vistamar built for a multi-generational group of twelve across six bedrooms, with an included cook handling all the meals.

La Brisa works for a group that wants to spread out across the property. Loungers and parasols sit on the pool deck for the afternoon. The pergola at the side of the garden holds a second lounge for whoever isn't by the water. The long alfresco table seats twelve under a ceiling fan for the slow lunch. Inside, twin curved staircases climb above a double-height great room, cool when the afternoon heat builds. A separate pool gazebo at the back of the lawn lights up for whoever stays past dinner.
