The estate is located just above Queen Kaahumanu Hwy (Hwy 19) inside of Ka Aina Pono subdivision, a private gated community.
The original estate was built in 2012 and sat vacant for nearly 10 years. Starting mid-2021, the new owners of the Kailua Kona Estate have completely renovated the house. The estate is at 1000 ft elevation with a refreshing ocean breeze during the day and a cool mount Hualalai breeze a night.
