Masseria Piccolo Trullo

Beautiful masseria a few kilometres from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast near Otranto, Masseria Piccolo Trullo is a recently built rural residence, finely furnished in order to perfectly combine style and modern design, and with elements and materials typical of the Salento tradition. The structure has recently undergone an extension and a restyling work by the Lecce architect Raffaele Centonze.

The home is a modern open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a large table suitable for 10 guests, a fireplace, large and welcoming living area. The kitchen and the dining area have direct access to the internal courtyard, the garden and the olive grove. The kitchen also leads to a utility room/laundry room and a guest bathroom with a shower. In the sleeping area, there is one double bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with en-suit shower, one double/twin bedroom with en-suit bathroom, two double / twin bedrooms with a large shared bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower (these two rooms can be connected, and one of the two is equipped with a TV).

20m from the main building is an independent small stone trullo / pajara consisting of one double/twin bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This room is more suitable for children, a nanny, or possibly passing guests.

Crossing the entrance gate, you immediately immerse yourself in more than two hectares of ancient olive grove; near the house, there are several spaces to relax and eat al fresco thanks to two shaded areas equipped with tables, chairs, sofas and armchairs. In the internal courtyard, there is a heatable 10x5m infinity pool (pool heating is on request at an extra cost). Private tennis court, regular measures.

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and all bedrooms, living area and corridors are equipped with air conditioning.
