It is the ideal solution for families or groups of friends who wish to spend a holiday in contact with nature, immersed in the quiet of the countryside, just a few minutes from a lively town that offers many services and entertainment opportunities. The beautiful beaches of the Ionian side of the Salento coast are just 18km away (Marina di Pescoluse, the famous Maldives of Salento), while the rocky coves of the Adriatic coast are approximately 10km away.

The ground floor consists of an entrance, a large, recently built, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with fireplace furnished with wooden furniture, large living room with large fireplace furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, wet bar, small living room/study with double sofa bed, one bathroom with shower, one double bedroom, wooden staircase leading to the first floor. From the living room, a French window leads to a large covered terrace furnished with a long wooden dining table, chairs, and a living area perfect for relaxing in the cool.

The first floor has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub; a large terrace runs all around. We recommend that you be very careful with children.

The villa is immersed in 7 thousand square meters of land characterized by beautiful olive trees, roses, and aromatic plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub. In a part of the garden near the villa, a dining area has been created, set up in the shade of a large sail and characterized by a 3m long handmade table covered with expertly assembled colored majolica tiles. In a raised and very panoramic position, there is the swimming pool created inside an ancient cistern, which has now been recovered and arranged to guarantee maximum relaxation and comfort.
