The property consists of six individual detached private luxury villas, each under separate roof, which can accommodate a total of 20 guests. Sleeping accommodations: 4 king-size beds, 6 queen-size beds, 4 sofa beds and 2 full-size kids beds. There are also two extra cots and two cribs that can be placed in any of the villas.

Additional Info
• Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay.
• For any guests over the 20-person limit there would be a charge of $95.00 per guest.
• For All-Inclusive options please reach out to one of our Villa Specialists.
Please note: there is a 15$ corkage fee for outside alcohol (alcohol brought into the villa).
