This beautiful seven-bedroom, beachfront villa is located in the Salem area, just east of Runaway Bay. The modern architecture and furnishings create the perfect getaway for your dream Jamaican paradise. The downstairs has a living room and dining room, with a large atrium with two water features. One with a koi pond and the other with a fountain. Indoor dining for up to 12 guests with a central buffet console and a wine cooler. Multiple living room seating areas open into the pool deck. The TV room has an 80" TV for streaming. The Games Room has a table and chairs for board games, a bar with a fridge, and an outdoor pool table.

A large poolside Lanai has multiple seating options for relaxation and dining. There is a small bar, a water cooler, and ceiling fans. The large 35-foot pool has a heated Jacuzzi tub, beach umbrellas, lounge chairs, and blue mesh lounge chairs that can be carried to the beach. There is an outdoor kitchen with commercial appliances, including a barbecue grill. In addition, there is a powder room, open-air shower floats with seats, and noodles for your enjoyment in the pool. The beach has lounge chairs, two gazebos with hammocks, a foot-washing station, life jackets, and two double kayaks.
