The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee ($) (plus a 15% service charge). Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate (plus a 15% service charge). Guests can also pay per day, for guests ages 16 and older, who stay for one to four days. This can be either prepaid or upon arrival at the Club. For children 12 years of age and younger, our Temporary Memberships are complimentary.

Bougainvillea House is a luxurious Caribbean retreat offering breathtaking ocean views, lush gardens, and ultimate comfort.

Perched along Mahogany Drive, this five-bedroom villa blends classic Caribbean Georgian style with modern amenities, creating an elegant yet inviting escape. Designed by one of Jamaica’s top architects, the home spans over 8,000 square feet and provides a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Just a short golf cart ride from Tryall’s world-class golf course, private beach, tennis and pickleball courts, gym, spa, and more, Bougainvillea House is perfectly positioned for relaxation and adventure.

Four grand primary suites feature private verandas, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee whilst soaking in the sea views. Two suites have king beds, while the others can be set as kings or twins. Each en suite bathroom is designed for indulgence, with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and open-air garden showers. A fifth spacious bedroom is ideal for kids or adults, offering two double beds, a daybed, and a sleeper sofa.

The villa’s expansive veranda extends over 50 feet, leading to a 60-foot pool and a separate wading pool for children. Dine indoors at the elegant 12-seat table or alfresco on the veranda, then unwind by the fire pit under the stars.

With an entire staff, including a butler, cook, housekeeper, laundress, and gardener, Bougainvillea House ensures a five-star experience in paradise.
