The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee ($) (plus a 15% service charge). Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate (plus a 15% service charge). Guests can also pay per day, for guests ages 16 and older, who stay for one to four days. This can be either prepaid or upon arrival at the Club. For children 12 years of age and younger, our Temporary Memberships are complimentary.

Eureka Villa offers an unforgettable escape with stunning sea views in a private setting surrounded by lush gardens and overlooking the pristinely kept golf course.

Designed to take full advantage of the views, the villa’s drawing room, dining room, and three bedrooms all face the sea and open onto the spacious 110 ft covered verandah.

A fourth bedroom, in its own private cottage with an infinity plunge pool, also offers beautiful ocean and golf course views.

Eureka provides the rare chance to experience the charm of a Jamaican Great House. The rooms are airy, with high ceilings, polished wood floors, and a remarkable collection of Jamaican 18th and 19th-century handcrafted mahogany furniture. The elegant decor includes off-white walls, striking fabrics, and an impressive collection of Jamaican art.

Meals at Eureka can be enjoyed indoors or on the verandah with easy flow between spaces. Afternoon tea using period teacups and saucers in the drawing room is a cherished tradition.

The villa’s lush gardens, pool, and tranquil pergola area complete its charm.

Eureka rents as a 4-bedroom, including the cottage, and as a 3-bedroom with the main house.
