Round House

The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee ($) (plus a 15% service charge). Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate (plus a 15% service charge). Guests can also pay per day, for guests ages 16 and older, who stay for one to four days. This can be either prepaid or upon arrival at the Club. For children 12 years of age and younger, our Temporary Memberships are complimentary.

Round House is a delightfully whimsical retreat. It offers breathtaking ocean and golf course views, vibrant gardens, and a blend of classic Jamaican and American charm.

Perched atop Copperwood Ridge, this inviting villa is just a short stroll to Tryall’s world-class tennis courts, gym, and other amenities, with a 3-minute ride to the championship Tryall Golf Course and private beach.

Designed in quintessential Caribbean style, Round House features wide verandas, soaring cathedral ceilings, and warm, inviting interiors that reflect its rich Jamaican heritage and classic American elegance.

With seven spacious bedrooms, guests can enjoy either stunning ocean views or lush garden vistas. The villa offers six king-bedded rooms (including the primary suite) and one twin-bedded room that can convert into a king. Three pool-level bedrooms interconnect and include a cozy private sitting area with a flat-screen TV. Each bedroom boasts an en suite travertine marble bathroom.

The main level’s grand living room and bar open onto a sprawling terrace—the perfect spot to unwind in a classic rocking chair while enjoying the spectacular sea views. To the side, a circular dining gazebo provides the ultimate alfresco dining experience.

Downstairs, the heated pool is surrounded by plenty of sunbathing areas and a second shaded gazebo, where you can relax comfortably.
