• $100 charge per extra guest plus tax for up to two additional guests staying in the media room

• No access to Casa Mia’s bedrooms and living area when renting 5 bedrooms, pools and Jacuzzi open for guests
• Outside vendors or concierge services are not permitted to perform any services on the property.
• For the safety and well-being of all guests, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
