Please note: Punta Mita resort applies a resort fee for access to its facilities, including beach clubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, and the fitness center.
• Guests with children may wish to note that the bedrooms are accessed via an internal courtyard.
Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed). Penalties for noncompliance may apply.
• As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
• Effective January 6, 2026, Sea Breeze Beach Club will implement a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Policy for vacation rentals only (Not Members with their guests). Please contact a Villa Specialist for exact pricing details.
