With an infinity pool, outdoor hot tub, full gym, media room, and sauna, this estate has everything needed for a magical vacation. The open-plan living and dining area, pizza oven, and spacious terraces cater to large groups while ensuring privacy and tranquility. Guests enjoy access to Kupuri’s beach and ocean clubs, golf courses, and nearby spa facilities.

• Effective January 6, 2026, Sea Breeze Beach Club will implement a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Policy for vacation rentals only (Not Members with their guests). Please contact a Villa Specialist for exact pricing details.
• Please note: We kindly ask you to consider that the Punta Mita resort applies a resort fee for access to its facilities, including beach clubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, and the fitness center. This fee is $50 per adult (ages 13+) and $30 per child (ages 5–12). It will be added to your booking quote, along with a mandatory 15% service charge and 16% VAT.
