This magnificent vacation rental villa comes with Golf Premier Membership to St. Regis & Punta Mita amenities, and it is fully staffed with a house manager, private chef, waiters and housekeeper, making our guests feel well-pampered when staying with us.
Two oceanfront master bedrooms, two ocean-view guest bedrooms, five garden bedrooms, all of them with en-suite bathrooms, a dining terrace beneath a palm-thatched roof, spa, fitness room, jacuzzi and an infinity pool fading into the Pacific ocean's horizon make Casa Koko the ultimate family or group getaway destination.
By day, off-road through virgin rainforests and secluded beaches, get up-close and personal with the whales and creatures just offshore, surf swell after swell, or head next door for golf, tennis, beach clubs and restaurants. Head back to the villa at sundown for a private evening yoga lesson or dinner with the house chef, gearing up for yet another day in paradise...

• 15% shopping service fee for all the F&B groceries.
• Maximum number of guests is 22 (18 adults + 4 children).
• Minimum stay for the Thanksgiving season: 7 nights.
• Effective January 6, 2026, Sea Breeze Beach Club will implement a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Policy for vacation rentals only (Not Members with their guests). Please contact a Villa Specialist for exact pricing details.
• Please note: Punta Mita resort applies a resort fee for access to its facilities, including beach clubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, and the fitness center.
