Casa Rayo De Sol is nestled within the exclusive Las Palmas de Punta Mita residential enclave just a short 5-minute walk to the Pacifico Beach Club and the spectacular sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean. It embodies the true essence of indoor/outdoor living with modern Pacific Coastal Mexican architecture. The indoor/outdoor experience continues throughout with spacious covered and uncovered terrace areas, allowing for shaded and unshaded sitting and lounging areas as well as a beautiful new private pool with seating around it to enjoy the amazing sunsets with your family and friends. Professionally decorated the villa features a main living area complete with a 75” smart TV, a dining table that will seat eight, and opens to both a front and back terrace for additional dining options. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, and stainless steel appliances and a built-in cappuccino machine has all you need for cooking a gourmet meal. The adjacent terrace features an 8-person Parota wood dining room table and a Viking grill. There is a ½ bath located off the living room area.
