About this Villa
The Premier Golf Membership grants access to Pacifico Golf Course ($), Bahia Golf Course ($), the Tennis Centre ($), the Fitness Center ($), El Surf Club based on min. consumption fee ($), St.Regis Beach Club based on availability and min. consumption fee ($), Pacifico Beach Club, Sufí Ocean Club and Kupuri Beach Club ($). • Effective January 6, 2026, Sea Breeze Beach Club will implement a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Policy for vacation rentals only (Not Members with their guests). Please contact a Villa Specialist for exact pricing details.
• Please note: We kindly ask you to consider that the Punta Mita resort applies a resort fee for access to its facilities, including beach clubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, and the fitness center. This fee is $50 per adult (ages 13+) and $30 per child (ages 5–12). It will be added to your booking quote, along with a mandatory 15% service charge and 16% VAT.
