About this Villa

This house is a 10,000 square-foot private oceanfront sanctuary that is part of an exclusive gated 20-estate community within the Punta Mita Resort. Designed by esteemed Architect Pepe Vigil, this residence is rich in architectural details highlighting local materials, bamboo, washed-concrete floors, dark woods, volcanic stones, and simple contemporary finishes. Sliding doors vanish into the walls, erasing the boundaries between livable spaces, pool, and ocean, which integrate seamlessly to create unforgettable experiences.

• Effective January 6, 2026, Sea Breeze Beach Club will implement a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Policy for vacation rentals only (Not Members with their guests). Please contact a Villa Specialist for exact pricing details.
• Please note: We kindly ask you to consider that the Punta Mita resort applies a resort fee for access to its facilities, including beach clubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, and the fitness center. This fee is $50 per adult (ages 13+) and $30 per child (ages 5–12). It will be added to your booking quote, along with a mandatory 15% service charge and 16% VAT.
