• Rates are based on double occupancy
• Maximum occupancy: 10 adults and 2 children
• The Property is a 5 minute walk to Xpu-Ha beach
• Additional guests exceeding double occupancy are $275USD + tax and services per adult per night and $137USD + tax and services per child (3 – 11 years old) per child, per night ***During May-October, the extra guest charge of $137 USD plus tax and service per child (from 3 to 11 years old) will not be charged
• Pets allowed ($100 USD per night)
• Roll-away beds and cribs may be provided, subject to availability at no additional charge, except during Festive Season: (December 16th to January 4th) Roll-away beds will be subject to an additional charge of $100 USD (tax and service are paid on the price) per room, once per stay. The villa cannot guarantee the availability of roll-away beds or cribs. This information should be required in the reservation request
• Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed)
• Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year

• During the turtle nesting season, the lights on the beach and pool areas will remain off to avoid disturbing their natural behavior. Please, if you spot a turtle as they lay their eggs, do not approach them. You are welcome to watch them from a distance, but remember to keep all light sources off and avoid making any noise
