The Boat Houses are arranged in clusters of no more than 10 houses, striking a harmonious balance between community, scenic vistas, and room to breathe.

With two king bedrooms, a third with two twin beds and 3.5 bathrooms, the Boathouses span three stories with stairs, offering a total of 2,336 square feet of exceptional design that prioritizes natural light, contemporary lines, and a welcoming ambiance. They feature Italian-designed Arclinea kitchens, Bosch or equivalent appliances, and a dining terrace overlooking the dock. The central community area features a pool, loungers, and umbrellas.
