Nestled at the base of Silver Star Ski Lift, Silver Star #1304 offers a premium location for a Park City vacation. This two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo sleeps up to seven guests and includes access to community ski storage, a heated swimming pool, a fitness center, and multiple firepits. During Summer, the popular Spiro Trailhead is nearby for hiking and biking adventures. Return from a day of exploring to warm up by the gas fireplace or in the private hot tub.

Radiating warmth, this cozy single-story condo features hardwood floors and large windows. Wood beams and columns divide the open great room, adding rugged refinement throughout the space. Gather for après-ski drinks at the four-seat bar while cooking a delicious dinner in the kitchen, boasting granite countertops and Viking appliances. The nearby elegant dining table seats up to eight guests. A soft sectional and two colorful armchairs surround the stone fireplace in the living area. As the fire flickers, sip mugs of hot chocolate and enjoy a movie night on the 65” TV. Pamper sore muscles in the private hot tub on the patio, conveniently equipped with a grill for bluebird days! A stackable washer and dryer is in the closet off the kitchen. When it’s time to turn in for the evening, guests can choose between the primary bedroom with 1 king bed or the guest bedroom featuring 1 twin-over-twin bunk and 1 full bed. Both bedrooms include a TV and a private bathroom.

Whether visiting Park City for outdoor sports or the alpine charm, guests can experience it all at Silver Star #1304. A parking spot and the Empire Express Shuttle Service make getting around the area easy. For ski-in/ski-out access, exit the home and take the elevator to the 4th floor. The Silver Star Ski Lift and ticket booth are located in the Silver Star Plaza between the Silver Star Café and the Silver Star Ski & Sport shop.
