Tortuga Bay Hotel at Puntacana Resort & Club

Our stay at Tortuga Bay in Punta Cana was once again nothing short of exceptional. The beachfront villas are stunning, the weather was perfect, and the service was outstanding—as always. This is our seventh year visiting, and we will absolutely be back again. The Bamboo restaurant was exquisite, and we ate there every night. A special thank-you to Alcedro, Bedde, Moses, Isreal, and Antonio for their consistently warm and professional service. And Blanca, who ensured everything was comfortable and seamless throughout our stay. Tortuga Bay continues to feel like our home away from home—highly recommended for anyone seeking true luxury and exceptional hospitality.

Our family had the most amazing time at Tortuga Bay in Punta Cana. The property was absolutely immaculate, and every staff member we met went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The amenities were top-tier, and having a golf cart to explore the grounds was such a fun bonus. The restaurant team at Bamboo was exceptional — warm, attentive, and so engaging that we truly felt like royalty each time we dined there. An incredible experience from start to finish!

We love going to Tortuga Bay and we have been going since 2016. The staff is amazing and the managers outstanding. The golf courses are beautiful and so well maintained.

Just amazing!! Had the VIP service from the airport and from there it just kept getting better. They truly treat you like family. Everyone knew our name, greeted us so warmly and treated us like royalty. Had fun at the Dominican learning about cigars and local jewelry We came for our 25th Anniversary and they made it so special. Met many returning guest as well. We hope to be some of those returning guests soon. Truly top notch.

From arrival to departure everything was perfect! We loved our room - watching the sunrise was the best way to start each day. The incredible Ambassador Team - Valentina, Diana and Alexander - was amazing. Their attention to every detail was impeccable! We had such fun getting to know many of the staff who are friendly, engaging and so pleasant to chat with! Shout outs to … GM Blanca, Chef Mikey, Tomas (sp?), Leonardo, Alcedo, Israel, Antony, Emmy, Ariel, Damien, and so so many more! My sincere apologies for not making sure to get all of the names!!! Golf at La Cana and Corales was relaxing and so much fun! Thank you to our fabulous caddy, Miguel. We also had the best massages ever - thank you Mercedes and Roxana!!!! Our special dinner and breakfast meant so much to us and the laughs we shared with the staff and other guests at the beach bar and Bamboo bar filled our hearts with joy! We will be back and will bring friends with us so they can experience the magic and happiness you bring to so many guests!!! THANK YOU!!!!
