The views from the rooms, lobby bar and infinity pool are beautiful. Conference rooms are elegant for meetings and bathrooms throughout the resort were always clean. Restaurants were all good. Lobby is a little dated and the rooms are a little dark but the property is always immaculately clean. The first impression was a bit rough as check in took far too long having to wait 15-20 min to even get to a representative. After sharing this was our first time in Cabo and the hotel, front desk rep tried 3 separate times to get us to attend a vacation club opportunity presentation ‘aka time share’ which was off putting. Having not even seen the property yet and then being asked if interested in buying into the property was off putting. Separately, we were also surprised there is not a lunch buffet available one could walk up to anytime to grab a quick salad or fruit or snack. Instead you need to go to one of the indoor or outdoor restaurants to eat or order food at the pool from one of the staff. There is a breakfast buffet however that was very good. Speaking of staff, the service was excellent. They are what made the experience for us. A special shout out to activities director Armando and servers Daniel Castillo at the pool area and Abraham at the breakfast area. We made a point to sit in their service sections each day because they were kind, attentive, personable and appreciative. Daniel & Abraham learned our names and greeted us whenever we saw them and we all got to know each other as people and not just tourist and servers. The food was good, the service was excellent, the property is immaculately clean and the staff were all friendly. We would go back one day, but will likely try some of the newer resorts next since the rooms and lobby are a little dated.

A special dinner service from the moment we walked through the door. José was perfect with recommendations and service. The menu had a great enough diversity to suit all in our party to include accommodations for off menu French fries. The meals were enjoyed by all!

Went to Blu and had fantastic service from Jose Leon. Food and service were both great! The filet was delicious and the burrata was SO GOOD. The drinks came fast, no wait for a table, and they nailed the dirty martini. Thanks again Jose for a great first night at Fiesta Americana!

Great experience, best place to enjoy yourself is La Bodega , everything was amazing included the excellent service form everyone but in particular Alberto . If you come try the tequila coffee and camote pie , a delicacy . Believe you will get a unique experience

Jose at Restaurant Blu was fabulous. He made the trip for our family. Hands down the best server and friendliest staff we have met. Our trip started out by spending most of the day at the pool and we were all pretty worn out until we got to Restaurant Blu and Jose made our night. He recommended that we go see the Michael Jackson performance.
