Just returned from another fantastic vacation at my favourite holiday destination!🏝️😀…..however, much as I adore everything about BH ( the staff / accommodation / food / activities / trips 10 out of 10 every time !) I did sense a subtle if tiny change in 2024 - If this was a diving competition the last 3 years would get 10. 10. 9.5. !!! I agree with all the previous recent posts I about how utterly fabulous BH is… but ( apologies if I get 10/10 for pettiness! I would give myself that tbh!) I noticed a dilution of Caribbean culture during the day on the decking (club bar) and classes !🤣🤣. During the day on a daily basis I found myself ‘chilling’ to early 80’s mix of Brit contemporary tunes more attuned to BBC radio 2 than the soothing background melodies of local artists (old & new!)… and in the aquafit the daily tunes were identical every day - until of course Deano took over when things spiced up to usual high level of bonkers! Yes I know - petty - as I love Aquafit and the Bodyguards were great (Deano exceptional) ..but I travelled a long way to St Lucia and I didn’t anticipate listening to listening to Fields of Fire by Big Country in an utterly idyllic oasis with a cocktail in hand! ( please forgive me!). I was a little disappointed that I had no new Caribbean tunes ( other than on BH playlist on website) to download when I got home 😀😀. There has been a ‘changing of the (body) guard ‘ 💂‍♀️ and I understand it is difficult to replace strong and outstanding characters, ( and it takes time for new staff to reach the same levels) but as a returning guest I did notice a slight dampening down of (very high) the previous standards and character level of previous years…… I’m only mentioning this as I know the management play close attention to this forum and are very pro-active in maintaining standards ( thank you guys 😀) I’m feeling guilty already !! I could write pages on all the positive stuff ( I’ve written this before) , I cannot wait to return and would enthusiastically encourage likeminded people to visit such an outstanding location - but BH please do not lose the X-factor ( and no more Fields of Fire at lunchtime! 🤣🤣) … see you next year 🏝️😀

We’ve just got married at the BodyHoliday and it was the most amazing experience from start to finish. Dilan who took charge of the arrangements, was truly first class and an outstanding asset to the BodyHoliday. Calm, professional, excellent attention to detail and a lovely manner, providing a very personal touch. The choice of venues was stunning, food was amazing as always and the excellent service all made for a truly special and memorable experience.

Body Holiday equates to wellness in an idyllic setting. The staff was amazing. They love to see that guests are happy and their needs are met. Amanda, Siya, Chandon and Chantel at the wellness cafe, along with Rayden and others on the beach, made our days and routines seamless. We love them! Edwin at golf, Neal, tennis and Felix in the fitness center, along with the water sports crew headed by Sherman, manned by AJ, Chris, Babila, along with others, made time fly and so much insight and fun! The massages were masterfully performed by Sierra and Irene, to name a few. Pauline triggered a new obsession with Thalasso therapy! Eudocia, Cindy, Anna and Frederica were expert and so kind in assisting wellness scheduling. Quammie at Aqua fit (Denver as well) and body stretch was fantastic! Mya at sunset yoga is wonderful! Housekeeping especially our gal Glenda, were thoughtful and thorough! The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Mandy and Genella in reservations along with Jean Pierre, Thaddeus and Emily at concierge were most helpful. Food prep and choices were fresh, delicious and expansive! Body positivity accurately describes the environment! Can’t wait to go back.

This was my spouse and my 2nd visit; we honeymooned at BodyHoliday back when it was called Le Sport, 23 years ago and talked about returning ever since. Life (and children) happened, but we finally made our return trip with our now young-adult children in June 2024. Bottom line up front: we will definitely not let another 23 years go by before our next visit. We were so genuinely and organically cared for by every single staff member we encountered. This is not hyperbole. Every "thank you" I uttered was received with a sincere "you are most welcome" and "it is my pleasure." I believed them and truly felt, every minute, that I was surrounded by angels. Highlights: The I-TAL garden tour and lunch were stellar in every way. Our garden guide answered our many questions and shared information about the delicious, life-affirming food they grow right there at the resort. The meal was delicious and inspiring. We enjoyed wonderful conversation with another family and the staff. This is a *do not miss* experience and next time, we hope to have the I-TAL dinner experience. Every treatment we received at the Wellness Centre was delivered with care and expertise. The talent at the Wellness Centre is extraordinary and unique. You will not find another place with such diverse offerings and experienced staff. The Body Guards (not a dud in the bunch -- every single one is at the top of their fitness game and is an expert motivator!), guest dance instructor (Ian), and resident Yogi (Mya) gave my whole family unforgettable, worthwhile, challenging, and fulfilling experiences in every interaction we had with them. We all have a new appreciation for what our bodies can do and how to take care of them. The food! Every meal was beyond my expectations. There were options for all of us--meat-eaters, sweet tooths, vegetarian, big appetites or small. We were equally happy dining solo, or as parties of 2, 3, 4, or 5. There are supplementary options for dining and activities, but never, ever any pressure to partake and the upcharges are clearly communicated. No bait-and-switch, no surprises, and the supplementary fees are commensurate with the upgraded experience (for example, the $40 per person upcharge for fine wines paired with each course at Cariblue Windows was absolutely reasonable for what we received). I didn't get to meet her during our visit, but our pre-arrival concierge, Genella, arranged many details for us in the weeks leading up to our trip, including our helicopter transfer upon arrival and our ferry transfer on our departure day. Everything was exactly as we hoped it would be and it was such a gift to board my flight to St. Lucia and know that everything had been taken care of. It's a big world with lots of interesting and worthwhile places to visit and experience, but we've never been anywhere else like BodyHoliday. We had the time of our lives and we can't wait to return.

The experience was truly a relaxing one. The variety of mind and body treatments is amazing and the therapists know what they’re doing. The staff were knowledgeable and accommodating. I would recommend that you do not miss the opportunity to dine at the Tao. I would definitely return.
