A lovely resort, our room was spacious and very clean. There was plenty of choice of places to eat and the service was really efficient. The resort has plenty of staff and great facilities. The water sports that were included were really good and we enjoyed the catamaran cruise. We looked at doing some excursions but everything we fancied was over 3 hours away so we just stayed at the hotel. There were local crafts people on the beach daily, so you could buy some nice gifts from there. The airport transfers were really well organised.

We arrived at Couples and were taken care of efficiently and were met by friendly faces who offered us champaign and a cold cloth upon arrival. This was only the start of this amazing experience. The entire week we experienced delicious food filled with variety and different options throughout the week. The menu for each restaurant is posted so you can choose where you want to eat (they're all good). This resort also offers allergy friendly and gluten free options. Check out the Veggie bar also, they offer healthy vegetarian options which we loved (the hummus was delicious); my husband had fruit smoothies almost daily. The food, the friendly staff were all top notch. The beach is immaculate, the garden crew work tirelessly to clean up dead debris and rake the sand. The staff also come by very frequently to offer drinks at the beach and clear out any used cups (I loved that they do not use throw away plastic cups-Kudos to this resort). They also offer fruit flavoured water and all guests get a water bottle to fill up so no bottled water! Also, the beach chairs have floaties which is so much fun to float on and laze in the ocean. A lot of locals parade the beach with goodies (braiding, crafts, cigarettes and other goodies lol) to sell if interested but never harass or make it awkward. Highly recommend looking for Donavan and his guitar, I'd watch for him and make requests :). The pool is clean and pool bar staff, again, amazing! We made several new friends hanging out at the bar late afternoon it seemed we'd all meet up. There is not alot of shade at the pool but lots at the beach which is why we only went up late afternoon. They have shade umbrellas but the week we were there it was during a heatwave and we needed the shade. We liked that the resort quiets down around 10pm but if you're up for something the piano bar is open till late and offers various activities at night from Karaoke to dancing. The piano bar is run by the entertainment coordinators who are alot of fun and run some events during the day that fun to participate in. We played How well do you know your partner and it was hilarious! Check out the boards for the times and events. Lastly, our room. We were concerned as some reviews said the resort is older but let me note that this hotel even though older is immaculately clean, and well kept. Our room had a super comfy bed with a mix of fluffy pillows and good air conditioning. They supply sweet smelling lemongrass shampoo/bodywash and soap and our service lady kept our room fresh daily. We highly recommend this resort. We also recommend using the Mobay service at the airport. Someone greets you on arrival and walks you through all their Country protocols eliminating all confusion and speeding up the process as well. On exiting the country, they offer a cozy lounge with food while you wait - Very handy!

Nice and relaxing resort. It is small, so not a lot of walking. Friendly staff. Beach is amazing no rocks and very calm. Room is basic but you are barely in there. Food is good. Four restaurants to choose from. All of them you can walk up to except one you need a reservation for. Our favorite was Lychee. Lots of water sport activities that are included. Sailing snorkeling paddle boats kayaks. Nightly entertainment starting around 8 then showtime at 9 with local talent. For the most part around 10 it turns into a ghost town. So if you’re looking for a party resort this is not it. This was our 3rd time here and there is a reason why we keep coming back!!!

Amazing holiday hope to return .Staff so friend couldn’t do enough food lovely we really enjoyed Asian staff amazing looked after us so well as in all restaurants . Reception helpful organised trips to ricks cafe . Just got to say room amazing lovely view of beach and beach beautiful enjoyed putting flag in sand and getting drinks could have wished for a better hotel for first trip to Jamaica Thank you

Food, service and beach perfection! From the moment we got there the bellhop Franklin remembered us! Daina was so cheerful and helpful with assisting us with our room she really made our stay! Fun seeing all our favorites throughout the week shout outs to Ms. Davis, Tennyson, Taylor,Moveta, Elkie,Charles, Kevin, Delroy,Nastacia,Deshawn and of course Paul! Lots of new faces too but excellent service from everyone. Still missing Donovann but saw him on the beach. Had a wonderful time at beach party this year! Food was great wish they had more Jamaican food on regular buffet. Always love Jamaican night. Wish they had more music at night especially reggae. I hate listening to old American ballads I want to experience Jamaica live. Overall had a spectacular stay will be back ASAP! Love you couples Negril ❤️🇯🇲🙌🏽
