The most beautiful room overlooking the ocean. Service was first class. Thank you Rosario for taking care of us during our stay. If you are traveling with adults only I recommend staying in the adults only section. We look forward to coming back again!

Absolutely phenomenal. I spent quite a bit of time searching for where I wanted to spend my birthday and a trip with my boyfriend as we travel a lot, we are often hesitant with all inclusive resorts because the food isn’t great. I would truly give this entire trip 10/10 because the food was amazing but that wasn’t even the best. The best the SERVICE! Carolina was our personal concierge and she went above and beyond daily to make sure we were taken care of. I miss everyone so much! The staff everywhere was so welcoming and happy and every single day and meal they were giving me birthday gifts and dessert and singing to me the most personal hospitality I’ve ever had at a resort or hotel. I recommend doing the bike tour and the SPA! WOW! 10000/10 at the spa- hydro massage and a massage- so incredible I felt like a princess. The views and the rooms were incredible and modern. Everything was just so perfect, we cannot wait to come back with family soon.

The staff here is absolutely incredible. Our concierge Jessica was very kind and assisted us without hesitation to make sure we had the best experience. The spa here was an experience unlike any other and made us feel immediately rejuvenated. I highly recommend, even if it’s not your usual go-to! This was our first time here and we look forward to coming back again!

Back home and well rested! GVRM 3 properties ( ZEN, AMBASSADOR, GRAND CLASS) is tucked away 2 miles from main road. We booked for our stay at Zen, however, due to low occupancy at this property we were UPGRADED to AMBASSADOR. The room was spacious with all the perfect amenities! A beautiful welcome treats of mini macarons and mezcal awaited us! We came to this resort to celebrate husband’s 60th birthday.. and boy did we celebrate! Thank you concierge, Gilberto Zavala, for going above and beyond with the communications and planning for birthday surprises and even an anniversary surprise! Gilberto would check in with us and help us with dinner reservations even on his day off! We will now start a trend of having birthday donut cakes! Housekeeping was always observant on our needs..Thank room ninjas! AZUL restaurant has the best buffet! The array of food is impressive! Karina the omelet gal was always happy to prepare custom orders. All the wait staff were helpful and kind..Extra THANK YOU’s to hostess Michele and Cristy, waiters-Alonzo,Fabiola,Felix, Gabriela. Restaurant captain-Victor was so helpful at my request to have chilaquiles and shrimp ceviche made for me. PIAF-waiters- Alejandro and Russel were excellent along with French dishes! FRIDA- Hostess Valeria is remarkable.. WE LOVE HER! The food at this restaurant was delicious and this was birthday celebrations #1 Sombrero and blazing candle came and shots of tequila! Thank you Alejandro and Luis! LUCCA-Italian food always delicious! Thank you Miguel! SEN LIN- Our favorite restaurant!! The chef is amazing and I thanked him for the delicious and not overly saturated dishes. The most EXCELLENT waiters! Thank you Antonio,Sergio,Susan,Leonardo,Willian and manager Brando for pulling off the the Best surprise birthday for hubby!!! COCINA DE AUTOR-Gastronomical experience! Thank you Leonardo and Juan for guiding us through this 10 course meal! AMAT Coffee bar was perfect! A great addition to this resort! Baristas-Isamar, Itzchel, Liliana always knew our drink formula and the pastries and ice cream was soooooo delicious! Itzchel, thank you for introducing me to Guanabana drink! Amenities gal, Barbara, at pool area is GREAT! Daily she would bring “cocktail of the day”,cold washcloths,popsicles,cleaned our sunglasses, and we had the best conversations! Pool waiters were Great also…Thank you Jesus and Antonio! WORLD CLASS SPA! Amazing experience with all the water feature amenities! Thank you spa gals Aurora and Karen for guiding me into each different spa rooms (sauna,steam room,cold room,hot/cold shower) Asunción massage therapist was wonderful! I highly recommend doing the aromatherapy massage. You can’t go wrong staying at any Velas resort properties throughout Mexico.. all Top Notch with the most professional employees! BRAVO!!

The place was sparkling clean, comfortable, and relaxing! The entire staff was more than accommodating, friendly, and eager to assist with anything. I am very, very, very impressed with how clean and well-maintained it was for such a large space, seeing so many visitors. The food was ok, everyone found something they liked. Super fancy, beautiful presentation, took a long time. Azul and the pool/beach food were our favorites (shrimp tacos!) Nora was our concierge, and she was fabulous! Really everyone was so accommodating.
