Family Summer Vacation
We enjoyed our family vacation to Tres Rios. I would have rated a 5 except several locations were under construction and not disclosed before booking. We received excellent service especially from Jona and Lupillo. As most places along this coast, the beach was covered in seaweed and not usable but the rivers were fantastic.

Sandals?
We did an RCI exchange and expected a beach resort in Mexico. We got a resort wit no swimmable beach that was designed to keep us on the property and made it very difficult to get to Mexico.

Miss Alma and Magda entertainment team were very helpful, very kind to our family. I also appreciate all of the team members that made our stay a wonderful and peaceful time at.... my grandchildren couldn't get enough time in the pool only do to being able to do other things like go to the kids zone.Thank you for your hospitality.

What an amazing experience! The renovation process did not stop us to enjoy a 2-week stay. The entire staff went above and beyond to delight us. Thank you all! We look forward to visiting H3R soon to appreciate the renewed facilities.

The chef Gabriel, the Captain waiter Aaron, our waiter Luis , Yenny the hostess and the general manager Edilberto where AMAZING!!! Top class service from the start!!! Highly recommend it with top knock recommendation!! It was my pleasure to be treated by you folks!!

My wife and I took the four-night package in August and really got our money's worth! The service from the entire staff was phenomenal. The nature activities, including biking and kayaking through the terrain and rivers, are not to be missed. The beach was beautiful. The complimentary wind surfing boat ride was very special. The quality and quantity of food available was amazing and I am a NYC food snob! And the top shelf liquor was always available! I could go on... Visit this property!!
