Wonderful!
We had a really great experience overall. The room and hotel were very clean. The breakfast buffet was my favorite. The poolside service was absolutely exceptional from Elvis, Pech and Oscar! We would recommend this resort to any of our family and friends.

Excellent poolside service
Very clean, well kept resort with excellent poolside service from Elvis, Oscar and Pech! All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. Restaurants were very clean and beautifully decorated—our favorite dining experience was Tokimeku. Will recommend this resort to family and friends 😀

We are very satisfied of our choice of hotel, everything was perfect except maybe the beaches, there was a lot of seaweed, not a big deal for us tho

Amazing Experience!
I had a lovely time at this hotel during my first trip to Mexico. Firstly, we were offered a free room upgrade which meant we shared a huge room that was more than big enough for the 2 of us! We went down to the pool around 10am every morning, plenty of sun beds around all pools. The activities at the main pool were super fun, Edy who led the majority of the activities we took part in was amazing and so welcoming. He checked up on us a few times during the trip and definitely made our experience more enjoyable and fun filled! I'd love to return at some point and would recommend this hotel & the services to everyone.

Relaxation, stress free vacation.
Was very fortunate to have stumbled across this 4.5 star all inclusive resort. The resort is pleasant well serviced location. Our room was a wonderful upgrade. We were celebrating our 35 anniversary and my 65 birthday. Staff was friendly and attentive.( we were pleasantly surprised with a cake and bottle of champagne) Would reccomend the Italian and Japanese restaurants(for wonderful predinner cocktail see Gerschon) for sure. The rest are quite good as well. In the Hadar buffet Ismael the waiter gave amazing service. Around the pool use a towel to save a spot. Pool drink service was always on time. Had a relaxing wonderful time turn down ser was exceptional from Rosaio Coresia. If you get a chance take in this gem.
