Best romantic getaway. The service in all levels was amazing. All staff members are so welcoming and go above and beyond for you. If you are looking for quality drinks and food this is the place. We enjoyed all the mixology drinks each restaurant has.

This place was fantastic and exceeded our expectations!! The hotel is new, nice and clean. Our sunrise king room was plenty big for us. Large room, bathroom and patio. Our room faces southeast and we were on the top floor so we had a view of the pool/ocean. For an all-inclusive, the food and alcohol was excellent quality which was a nice surprise. We even started letting the wait staff select our food and wine to try different dishes. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. What was really surprising was the service level. After experiencing lower service levels everywhere in general starting with covid/supply chain issues, it was very refreshing to stay in a place where service is a priority. Every staff member we encountered was nice and helpful. You asked for something, they took care of it immediately. In addition, we had a pre-trip concierge to help us book dinners and reservations for offsite outings (went sailing and sportfishing). We also had a concierge during our stay (communicated via text mainly) that helped us with any questions. This hotel is adults only so it was quiet and relaxing. As part of the all-inclusive package, we were able to use the amenities at the larger Grand Velas resort (5- minute walk or 1 minute via golf cart). We went there to eat twice and loved the food there as well. Would highly recommend this hotel. It was our first trip to Cabo and I would consider this place again on a return visit.

Our time at Grand Velas Boutique Hotel Los Cabos was nothing short of magical. Let me just say they have VITAMIN C SHOWERS. Spa treatment right in the room. The service was absolutely incredible, staff made us feel like VIPs. Shoutout to Gabriela, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. She's the real MVP. And omg, the food. All of it. My mouth is watering as I type this. Everything was a masterpiece. I didn't want to leave. Cannot wait to come back for more relaxation and indulgence!

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Grand Velas Boutique Hotel Los Cabos for our one year anniversary and it was a 5 star experience! The new hotel concept is amazing. The Grand Suites are absolutely fantastic, well worth the upgrade. The staff at the hotel will become family to you by the end of your trip. Alberto and Martha at the pool are absolutely fantastic. They make every day lounging at the pool a special one. The food and drinks are amazing - the best all inclusive food and drinks resort we've experienced. The ability to enjoy the Grand Velas resort as well was a huge plus - the Spa is a must! If we could give our stay 10 stars, we would. The adults only concept is perfect for a relaxing trip with top notch service. The Grand Velas brand out did themselves with this boutique experience! Also, be sure to stop by their next door property, Mar Del Cabo, for breakfast or lunch. A very charming hotel with wonderful staff as well! We'll be back!

Can’t recommend this place highly enough! The views across the entire property are insane, including the pool. The food was out of this world (especially the seafood). Make sure to get the octopus tostada at Roko. Service was excellent our entire stay, and we loved the personal jacuzzi on our balcony. The vibes are perfect here. I can’t imagine a better experience in Cabo!
