Reviews for Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa
Not very impressed.
Our air conditioning hardly worked, the table in our room was snapped at the base, our mini fridge was not cold, the room was pretty outdated and felt dingy, the staff around the resort and at restaurants were pleasant, the food was just okay… nothing really stuck out to us, there is A LOT of walking to get where you want to go… our stay was just okay and we feel like it was not worth the money that we spent to stay.

Great experience!
Excellent experience! Ronny and Enrique did our experience more than amazing with their oustanding customer service!!! Food was good with good options between Mexican, Japanese, Italian and Mexican. Beach was with seaweed so we couldn’t get in but overall great hotel!

Excellent place for family vacation, all inclusive. Activities for all ages. All inclusive, great accommodation, friendly staff, nightly entertainment, daily yoga sessions, well maintained gym. Close to other day time water/sea activities.

Great! Would definitely recommend
Rodrigo did an excellent job checking us in. His english and communication skills were exceptional. The room was ready on time and he was able to accommodate all of our needs during our stay. We came here to celebrate a wedding and it was definitely a great choice. I would recommend this resort 100%. Worth every penny!

Stunning hotel!
This hotel was impeccable. Stunning really. I was surprised given that it’s an older hotel it’s kept up very well. The food and drink and staff make this hotel what it is. Shout out to Saturnino - our favourite bartender. Our nickname for him “mini planet”. We will definitely be back.
