The Alila Uluwatu exceeded our expectations. Our entire experience was very memorable. It is a beautiful luxurious resort with nature experience.

Amazing property even after 16 years. Beautiful views and awesome room. Dodi has been there since the start and it’s the great staff like him that makes the experience elevated. He gave us multiple buggy rides, a tour of the 3 bedroom villas and also a departure gift. Wish we had spent more time and stayed longer on property but we had activities almost every day in Bali. Photographer Andy also gave me a quick photo shoot and one complimentary photo and no pushy sales as he knew I had taken many photos.

Ibu Normaya (Rooms Manager), Pak Putu (Restaurant Manager), Ibu Victoria (Resort Manager), Mustika, Lasmi, Yogi, and Puput, all exemplified service that is both precise and profoundly human. Butler and Spa staff moved with quiet intuition, anticipating our needs before we even knew them ourselves. For the epicurious: Cire: Elegant, refined, and endlessly inventive. Each dish presented was a composition of flavors and artistry that could easily grace the finest restaurants in the world. Warung: A vibrant homage to Indonesia’s culinary heritage. Atmosphere and cuisine fused seamlessly, transporting us through the rich history and traditions of the archipelago. Sunset Cabana: Perched above dramatic cliffs, this is a front row seat to nature’s grand performance. On our final evening, as violin notes lingered in the air and heritage dancers told timeless stories, the horizon glowed with hues reserved for only the most magical nights. Every aspect of our stay felt curated with an almost invisible hand, blending genuine warmth with world class precision. Our villa was an oasis of calm and design sophistication, yet it was the human connection: the gracious smiles, sincere conversations, and unfeigned care that defined the experience. Alila Villas Uluwatu remains, in our hearts, the pinnacle of luxury travel. We were welcomed like no other resort I have ever been to. They are professional, friendly and you can see the staff love working there. We got to know Rudy who gave me a hug when we left. He truely welcomed us like a long lost friend. and we will miss him and his warmth. he is the underlying heart of the place which all other staff feed off. Truly amazing experience.
