Phulay Bay, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve

We stayed here for three nights, from October 27–30, and absolutely loved every moment! From the moment we arrived, we felt that this is a truly exceptional place. The staff are incredibly kind, genuine, and attentive — the level of service is beyond compare. The rooms are extremely spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. The room service is excellent — fast, discreet, and always perfect. The breakfast is outstanding, offering an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality dishes prepared with great attention to detail. When it comes to activities, you are in the best hands here. The team not only makes each experience special, but also carefully plans the timing according to the tide and water levels to ensure guests have the best possible experience. A special thank you goes to our personal butler Habib, who truly elevated our stay to another level. He is attentive, professional, discreet, and intuitive — with a remarkable ability to anticipate guests’ needs and make everything effortless. His service was nothing short of world-class. We would also like to compliment General Manager Paul, who clearly leads by example. The entire resort is immaculate, and it’s evident that the whole team works in perfect harmony to create an unforgettable guest experience. In summary: Phulay Bay is pure perfection — outstanding hospitality and value for money is absolutely given. 100% the best choice in the region!

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights in October. It was a dream. The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms were very beautiful and unique with the largest and best beds we have ever slept it. The staff were incredible, truly world class! They also have a complimentary shuttle to Hong Island which was amazing. The butlers were great as well. The staff were so amazing. I'd like to mention the top notch wonderful servers at breakfast. Aoy, Oum and Nat. Also would like to thank , the wonderful director Seen and GM Sagar for ensuring we had such a special stay. If you're looking for a WORLD CLASS place to stay in Krabi, this is it. We will definately be back in the future!

We had the most memorable stay at Phulay Bay. Incredible villas, views right out of a movie set, delicious food, and the most attentive, caring staff. While there, my husband had a medial emergency and the staff went above and beyond to help us during a difficult few days. I am forever grateful to the kindness and thoughtfulness of Habib from the butler department who arranged so many things during our stay. Our favorite were the lovely little tokens and personalized gifts left in our room during turn down service at night. My daughter loved these little surprises each night. We really felt looked after, indeed spoiled, by the attention to detail from Habib and the whole team at Phulay Bay. We highly, highly recommend you stay here too!

Perfect stay from beginning to end. What makes this property stand out among others is the gorgeous setting/views combined with the personalized and consistently warm service from ALL staff. A highlight was the tasting menu at lay lae restaurant as well as the numerous included activities! The spa is heavenly, even if you are just using the facilities (sauna and steam room). Our children were treated so kindly and we especially enjoyed daily lunches at the pool bar with service from Mr. Nok! Could not have imagined a better experience, truly. Definitely hope to return in the future!

Wow we were absolutely blown away by our time at the Ritz Reserve. The property is beautiful, easily the prettiest and grandest hotel room we have ever stayed in, but where the hotel really shines is the people. Our butler Habib was incredible, he went above and beyond for us drawing up surprise bubble baths, responding to our text within seconds of them being sent and even gifting us things we had mentioned in passing . Habib really made our experience unlike any other hotel and we are so grateful to him. We were also lucky enough to encounter R who taught us in our Thai tea making class 2 days in a row , and served us dinner one night. R was such a sweet light and so kind, she even gifted us Thai tea to bring back to the states. We feel so lucky to have spent a few nights at the ritz reserve and hope everyone will be convinced to go.
