Phulay Bay, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve

We spent 5 nights at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of it - in particular: - the friendly and attentive service from all staff members and in particular from our personal butler Yid who recommended and arranged great activities and experiences such as a private dinner on the beach - the beautiful hotel, landscape and luxurious villas. We stayed in a reserve villa with sea view and it was a truly unique experience - the great food across all restaurants and in particular the breakfast as well - the massive pool overlooking the ocean - the appreciation of Marriott bonvoy program members across all dimensions (benefits at hotel, room upgrade etc) I can truly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and luxurious stay jn Krabi and will definitely visit again Many thanks to all staff members for making this a unique experience.

My wife and I visited several areas in Thailand to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and one of the hotels we chose was Ritz-Carlton Reserve Krabi. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. We were welcomed at the main entrance by the manager and the staff who would be personally responsible for our stay. They escorted us to a tranquil setting for a beautiful welcome ceremony, after which we were introduced to the support team who would be taking care of us during our visit. Among them was our personal butler, Habib. From the time we arrived until our departure, Habib ensured that every aspect of our stay was exceptional. Anything we needed, he was there—always attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. His dedication truly elevated our experience. We love visiting new places, but the next time we return to Thailand, the first call we will make is to see if Habib is still at this property. If he is, we will absolutely be coming back. The hotel itself is outstanding, but the combination of this beautiful property and Habib’s exceptional service created an experience we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you to the Ritz for such a stunning property and for hiring such incredible staff. And a special thank you to Habib for making our anniversary—our honeymoon all over again—one for the ages.

We just returned from the most amazing resort experience we have ever had! Do not hesitate to book this exceptional resort. Besides the stunning property in Krabi, the service is where this place excels! Our butlers Habibi and Sabai went above and beyond every day. They had a way of making you feel like you are the most important guest on the property! There was no request that Habibi didn’t warmly fulfill. Every employee on property truly seems to love their jobs. The rooms are beautiful and large! The breakfast has everything you can dream of (and if not there, they’ll make it). It is maybe the best meal of the day (although we never had a bad one and loved all the restaurants). The property is gorgeous and even at full capacity we never had a hard time finding loungers around the pool. Pool service is truly exceptional! The spa experience is amazing as well. Lin gave me one of the best massages I have ever had! For the New year the resort held the most spectacular New Year’s Eve party we have ever been to. With three different locations around the hotel and the most amazing entertainment and food. It exceeded all expectations and was well worth the money for sure! While we could go on and on, suffice to say you will never be disappointed here and will (like us) try to figure out how and when you can return. Thank you for a luxurious and unforgettable experience!

Our stay at Phulay Bay was excellent from beginning to end. Jake, our butler, was exceptional: always present, attentive, and able to respond to all our requests with professionalism and kindness. The entire experience was wonderful, and a special mention goes to the Lae Lay restaurant, which is very refined, with beautifully crafted flavors and an outstanding dining experience overall.

We just spent 11 days in paradise ! We have stayed at wonderful places worldwide, but this experience beats it all. The unique location . And for the rest I really can't know where to start :The unique atmosphere , the amenities the villas with their incredible decors , the indescribable views and scenery, the attention, service ,the cleanliness, no noise other than sound of waterfalls. We never ever experienced such kindness from the entire staff from the management team ( Seen, Paul and Sunny) to Habib our butler preparing us a bubble bath and serving fresh coconuts in our villa to rehydrate after an excursion on an island beach... impossible to describe it all, unimaginable for looking after us so well ! We got many times our moneys worth. We will go back. Thanks again Habib and to some of the staff and servers: Wonderful Bluthe, Lif, Aom, Apple just to unfairly just mentioning a handful of so many unforgettable staff.
