A Ritz Carlton to remember
Phulay Bay went beyond our expectations. The property is simply gorgeous with meticulous grounds that face the beautiful limestone mountains in the Andaman Sea. Our beach villa was massive. I specially loved bathroom/walk in closet area. The villa’s private pool and garden felt like a sanctuary. It faces the beach but felt private and I loved to hear the birds in the morning. We even had a large monitor lizard visit us. But the main reason for the 5 stars was the Staff. Wow. Thats all I need to say. We were sad to say our goodbyes. Sabai and Tanya …❤️

This place is magical! Stunning beyond belief. The food is amazing and gorgeous and appeals to everyone. Everything was so luxurious! The staff took amazing care of us!

Simply Exceptional!
The accommodations, the grounds, the service, the people, the food, the sheer sense of zen that you feel the moment you arrive! Every element of this resort is nothing short of extraordinary. This was quite possibly the best resort I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. Every detail was thoughtfully considered and flawlessly executed. From the beautifully designed rooms to the meticulously maintained grounds, it’s clear that excellence is a standard. There is a perfect balance between luxury and tranquility. We especially loved the welcome (and departure) pavilion and ceremony! What truly sets this resort apart is its exceptional staff. They go far beyond simply providing service; the team consistently went out of their way to ensure our stay was not only comfortable, but very memorable. Furthermore, the food and dining options were excellent. I have a severe food allergy, and never once felt at risk. In fact, meals were specially prepared to allow me to enjoy the local cuisine without any fear of an incident. Highly recommend the resort trip to Hong Islands, which is a quick excursion to a beautiful location! There aren’t enough words to fully capture what you experience at this hotel – you have to experience it for yourself! I hope to have the opportunity to visit again!
