Spectacular place. Great facilities and service.
Terrific room. Great location and views. First class service. Pricey but no more so than the rest of Switzerland and worth it.

Everything excellent, except service in restaurants
This is an exceptional nice place, a majestic hotel with a big private park and outdoor pool, a retreat which lets you forget everything while being there. However, as usual in such 5 Star Hotels, the service at the different restaurants was not always exellent. Orders were forgotten, we had to ask several times for the same, and at the breakfast venue it way rather hectic and standard items like a non-flavoured joghurt were missing.

A dream can come true
From A like architecture to Z like zzzz (best sleept ever), the Beau Rivage Palace certainly convinced me in every aspect a hotel can (sepcial emphasis on the matresses by Swiss manufacturer Elite). Tradition and heritage (architecture and desifgn) are effortlessly mixed with cosy and comfortable modern hotel amenities. You feel welcome, no matter the no name luggage you're carrying. The staff seems truly concerned about your well-being, respects your wishes, they are friendly and helpful. The building and the staff resonate a calm and quite yet attentive atmosphere. Service is excellent. We are talking five star luxury hotel, so of course room-rates are above average, but a stay is worth every Swiss Frank. If you wake up, have the first cup of tea or coffee on one of the lovely balconies overlooking Lake Geneva, you feel truly blessed.

Exceptional Stay at Beau-Rivage Palace
Our stay at the Beau-Rivage Palace with our family was truly outstanding. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday during our visit, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team and room service were excellent throughout our stay, always attentive and professional. Every member of the staff was welcoming, courteous, and dedicated to providing outstanding service. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend Beau-Rivage Palace to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Lausanne.
