Amazing Hotel and Great staff
We stayed in Banyan Tree Phuket for 10 days over late August early September 2025. The hotel is amazing and the villa was great. Loved the size and facilities of the villa including the private pool which was great for our party. We ate at Tre which was amazing Tin Tin which was exceptional, the food here was fantastic, cocktails were lovely and the service made the whole evening (Nicka, Grace and Fais were exceptional) Saffron where again the food was stunning and again great service from Mock, Coach, Sunny & Bai Fern All of the staff at the hotel were exceptional, very accommodating, in fact they really do put the guests first and we loved the while experience. Will definitely be looking at where else Banyan Tree has hotels.

The food is very delicious, the atmosphere is quiet, and all the staff are lovely, including Nu Meen Nott and Pot. Next time I definitely have to come and try it again.
