We had an amazing stay at Banyan Tree Phuket! The resort is stunning, peaceful, and luxurious, but what truly made our visit unforgettable was the superb care and attention from our hostess, Lucky. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — highly recommended!

EXCELLENT shopping experience at Banyan Tree Gallery Phuket
We visited the Banyan Tree Gallery shop. It is lovely to see the support this gallery gives to local handicrafts. Beautiful hand embroidered linens and pewter hand beaten vases. Thank you to Ice for her help in selecting pieces and her professional attitude!

Great kids club
We had amazing experience. In rainy days there was also the great kids club. Not only the place which is inspiring - but also the stuff was so welcoming for the kids. Peach from the stuff played with our kids for hours even though they can’t speak the same language- they just kept asking to come back.
