My experience
We really enjoyed our staying in banyan tree hotel, it was luxurious funny excellent experience we’ve never seen before, the silence the relaxation , THE ROOM , the private pools Everything was great And Ali really recommend jinny to help you out, a very generous helpful good hearted girl, she was amazing and totally recommend her to help you out in case you needed, all the staff are amazing also!!

Favorite family spot
We spent several weeks here together. A villa with a pool and two bedrooms. It was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay. The level of service is exceptionally good. The restaurants are fine. There is some deferred maintenance here and there, as the resort is starting to show it’s age. We will certainly come back.

Great service.
Having returned after a number of years, we have been delighted to find the familiar excellent service and a warm welcome from Daniel. The concierge team, Lucky, Aommy, Gam and Pie, have made our stay particularly memorable. One morning at breakfast, I was surprised with a cake, balloons and a birthday gift. Thank you! The team remembered our names and villa number, any time we approached the desk, which was noted, and a lovely touch. We are looking forward to our next stay.

My Banyan tree experience!
It is a really beautiful, elegant and exotic hotel resort with excellent restaurants especially Hojo and Saffron! The staff are exceptional, really helpful, friendly and efficient also very attentive. The breakfast buffet is brilliant it has a very big range of different foods and drink and most of it was really delicious. The only negative thing about the establishment is that the pool villa or at least my category which was a Signature pool Villa had no outdoor shower. Overall it is an exceptional hotel resort and I would very highly indeed recommend it . Also will hopefully in a not so distant future return for another stay!
