Beautiful Villas
Absolutely amazing experience in Banyan Tree- all of the staff are incredibly helpful (thanks to Tia our concierge)! The property is gorgeous and our villa was super spacious and comfortable. Loved the spa experience as well!

My second stay at Banyan Tree Phuket and it somehow exceeded the first, which I didn’t think was possible. There’s something about this place that stays with you. The villas are private and beautifully designed, the service is effortless without ever feeling intrusive, and every detail feels considered. It’s the kind of luxury that doesn’t need to prove itself, it’s just quietly exceptional. What stands out most is the feeling. You arrive and everything slows down. The lagoon, the lush surrounds, the space to breathe, it’s restorative in a way that’s hard to articulate but impossible to forget. I’ve stayed in many beautiful resorts, but this is one I keep coming back to, and will continue to. It’s not just a place, it’s an experience you carry with you long after you leave.

Birthday celebration
Had a wonderful stay at banyan tree. The hospitality and attention to detail is impeccable. Our butler tino was kind and prompt, and took care of all our needs. We were celebrating my birthday so he also gifted me flowers. Cookie at the spa was really good. A must visit.

This is our 2nd visit and it is still amazing experience because Mr.Niwak helped us literally EVERYTHING we needed. He is truly amazing guy with great smile all the time, asked us how are things going… changed our table at the best spot at breakfast area we didnt even asked. Thank you Niwak for the best service!!!
