The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Ras Al Khaimah in September and had an amazing experience. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful — from the managers to all the staff. A special thanks to Angelica for her kindness and warm smile every day, and to Su, Jiyas, Saed, Arun, Deepu, Sailesh, and Sufian, who always greeted us with positivity and great service. It was our first time at this hotel, but definitely not the last. Truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had!

Luxurious, Tranquil, Personal touch, Beautiful scenery, Fabulous Rooms Arun and his team did a great job of looking after us at the Shorehouse restaurant. Great meals at Shorehouse and the Beach Deck. A really lovely anniversary experience

We had an unpleasant experience at the restaurant the first night, but the F&B Manager (Joel Clark Martin) more than made up for it with his care, generosity and personal attention during the remainder of our stay. If it was not for the first evening, I would rate this property a 5.

We recently marked the successful completion of Phase  of a contract with a client at the Beach Deck of the Ritz‑Carlton Al Hamra (8 Oct 2025). From the moment we stepped onto the terrace, the experience was exceptional. Warm, professional welcome: Mr Arun Prakash and the entire international team greeted us personally, making every guest feel like a VIP. Spectacular Gulf view: The panoramic sea vista provided a stunning backdrop that elevated the whole evening. Culinary perfection: Every starter and main course was seasoned to perfection. The seafood and steaks were expertly seared, the spice balance was spot‑on, and the plating was visually striking. Even with a party of 30, the kitchen maintained the same level of attention you’d expect for a table of two. Consistent, attentive service: Staff kept the pace smooth, refilled drinks promptly, and ensured each guest felt cared for throughout the night. Overall, the Beach Deck delivered a seamless blend of luxury ambience, world‑class cuisine, and genuine hospitality—precisely what a milestone celebration deserves. Highly recommended for both private events and romantic evenings. Would definitely return!

I had my Emirati treatment at The Ritz Carlton Al Hamra Beach, and it was truly wonderful. I was warmly greeted by Ratheesh who kindly briefed me about the treatment. Shinta offered a refreshing welcome drink to start my experience and then accompanied me to the treatment area, which feltlike heaven. The view was heartbreaking, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. Shinta was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the Emirati treatment itself was amazing. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend The Ritz Carlton Al Hamra Beach – Spa to anyone looking for truly relaxing and unforgettable experience.
