We had a lovely staycation at ritz al wadi. The property is sprawling, but what makes it even more amazing are the activities that they have. We specially loved the archery session with Martin. Last but not the least, their staff is probably if not the best that we have ever come across they went all their way to make our stay beautiful . Everyone has been extremely wonderful, helpful and friendly. We are definitely coming back!

We had a great experience in Al Wadi Ritz Carlton. The service, food and vibe was perfect for a relaxing holiday in a stunning location. We had a pool villa with private butler (Charith) who took care of everything (easy and very fast contact via WhatsApp). I can definitely recommend the hotel for everyone who wants to experience something else than a normal hotel at the beach but with great service and ambience!

The hotel is AMAZING! It’s a really amazing experience. And what made it extra special is the amazing staff everywhere, starting with the reception and Mr. Ahmed Bedir who welcomed us greatly and made our transition at ease. Then the Kaheela team who gave us a great dining experience with all our different preferences in the food, Wandy and Justine served us with a beautiful smile and great service! Also Mr. Khalid always checked with us the service and the food and made sure we had the best experience! Not to mention Prasat who helped us get around the resort with ease and best smile! He is one of a kind! Lastly, i would like to thank Favour who took care of our children in the kids club and kept them engaged while enjoying some quiet time. Really thank you everyone! You made our stay exceptional and unforgettable!

Amazing desert experience! Great villa, a lot of animals, horse riding. Try restaurant Moorish with taste food and amazing Rooftop Bar. Great thanks to Ella! She highlighted our breakfast!! Amazing service, you will recognize her smile!

I was planning to stay in Ritz-Carlton for a long time and it happened to be one of the best stay I have been. . The food was delicious and the ambience in the resort was absolutely good. Especially the Moorish bar setup in the open space. The bartender guy named Mohamed Zubair is too good in his bar knowledge. He took care of us the entire evening providing us with the best mocktails we could ever have and his idea of sharing the history or details of the drinks we ordered is excellent. He is an excellent asset to your hotel and bar. Definitely he is the best!!!!
