Best stay in Abu Dhabi
When in Abu Dhabi, we always stay here. Next to the beauty and perfection of the hotel, the service and kindness of employees, beyond expectations. The employees always recognize us, welcome us back and give the best service. Special thanks to Najat of the Sales team, Night Manager Mr. Sherazi, the concierges team (all of them!) And the manaqeesh chef at the breakfast. Looking forward to see you back soon!

Bridges Bar
Bridges Bar was an experience that I don't know if I would repeat. Service without interest in providing a different experience, just beers and soccer. Being such a well-known hotel, one would expect a larger portfolio of food and beverage opportunities.

Excellent stay and amazing staff
Nothing but excellence, professionalism and great care for their guests. Our 2nd visit here and we were kindly greeted by staff that recognized us from our previous visit. We stayed on the 7th Gold Member Floor and were looked after so well, a special and warm thanks to Eve, Stephen, Mark, Paolo, Alfam, Reem and Rajan who immediately made us feel so welcome it felt like we were staying with family. These members of staff are such assets to the Fairmont Abu Dhabi teams, they went out of their way and exceeded our expectations for the hotel, service and overall stay. A special thanks also to Mahesh on the beach team, Ilmira on concierge, along with Mohammed. We look forward to returning back for another stay soon. Many thanks, Nav + Sunny

Fairmont hotel brunch
Excellent West Indian Chef Chandrakant in the Fairmont hotel , Bab Al Bahr and so obliging, with excellent manners. Food is wonderful, beautifully cooked and so succulent. 5 star food from a 5 star chef!! The food was more than 5 star. Happy! Food and staff so nice

Great experience at Fairmont
I had an excellent time at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr. This is a great testament to the staff, in particular, Yoonus and Amran who both work by the poolside. Their commitment to making guests feel welcome was first-class and truly made the holiday an unforgettable one. After staying in multiple hotels similar to Fairmont, this is the first time I’ve had an incredible experience like this one. and met two members of the hotel team like this. Thank you very much Fairmont!
