Excellent service. Hôtel ideally located in the island next to a luxury shopping mall. Easy access to Louvre Abu Dhabi and Grand Mosque. The food is excellent. There is a nice outdoor pool . The room was large with plenty of light and overseeing the sea.

Being for some days in Abu Dhabi, I was very pleased to stay in the 4 seasons. Rooms , F&B, Service and guest relations all were top. De Spa was exceptional

Staff is amazing , nice and cozy facilities. Crust Saturday brunch is a must to try . Pool staff very polite and helpful

This would have been a perfect stay. The Four Seasons Abu Dhabi is an elegant and luxurious business hotel. For UAE it is boutique (under 200 rooms). Everything was excellent - food, service, amenities. Why the negative review ? Well, the hotel upsold my room but when I extended the rate differences kept shifting through 2 extensions and room categories. Confusing - but the bottom line is that the hotel manipulated rates for no reason and trying to fix things took a long time and ruined a perfect stay. The amount at issue was not that large. It was the principle. The travel agency launched an investigation and a dispute was initiated. One of the managers agreed to keep original rates but on the check out day she was out and the rest of the staff stood their ground and reneged on the original deal. Be careful with upsells. Staff is strangely manipulative and callous. I have had issues with Four Seasons in the past. I stayed at many of their properties over the years. Still it is generally a good brand but a faint imitation of what iota founder Sharp had created.
