Cannot wait to be back
We’ve just spent a couple of days here and all I can say is… absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Every single person we encountered was warm, friendly, genuinely kind and incredibly accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and that level of care truly makes a difference. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. Every meal felt like a treat. The location is perfect, with stunning views and direct beach access that makes everything effortless and relaxing. The beach itself is pristine and peaceful exactly what you hope for when you’re looking to unwind. Papi was very helpful and friendly. We also loved the kids’ club such a thoughtful space, with wonderful staff who made it fun and safe. It allowed us to relax knowing everything was so well taken care of. In every way, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere, the service, the attention to detail We truly cannot wait to come back. Highly, highly recommended 🤍

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, whether at the reception, by the pool or beach, or in the restaurants. I would especially like to highlight the concierge service — we booked a desert safari through the concierge and made several restaurant reservations. Every request and every question was handled and answered to our complete satisfaction. The rooms were very spacious and truly well equipped. As a welcome gesture, we received a large box of chocolates and a fruit basket in our room. I also really appreciated the small evening treats left by housekeeping — sometimes a little chocolate, other times an after-sun gel. Another highlight is “Sal,” a dedicated area with its own pooll and beach section that is reserved for guests aged 21 and over. It offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere that greatly enhances the overall sense of rest and rejuvenation. Lastly, I want to share my experience at the spa: I spent two hours in the hammam (including a special massage), and I can only recommend it to everyone — you feel like a new person afterward!
