Best Bucket List Experience
My experience at the Ritz Carlton, Grand Canal was exceptional. The staff in the club level was great. Prabhu reminded me by name and always greeted me with a smile. Mustafa at the front desk was awesome. I highly recommend if you are in Dubai.

The ultimate in hospitality!
The resort is fabulous…but the staff is even better! Big shout out to Prabhu and his staff. He is the ultimate in customer service and charm! Another shout out to Sabine who was always there to make sure we were satisfied. We were treated like royalty! The entire Club Level staff, Jovena, Joseph, Prakash, Samir, Gold and Michael made our stay very special! We will be back…because of this group of professionals!

Phenomenal Hotel and Staff
The attention to detail, personal care, and professionalism of the staff was phenomenal. A big thank you to Jovana, Joseph, Michael, Prabhu, Gold, Prakash, Samir, and Sabine who are supervisors at the Club Lounge, as well as Chefs Jana and Krisum, and Bellhops John, Aqib, and Salman who made my stay pleasant and welcoming. I hope I get to see some, if not all of you again should I have the pleasure to return and stay at the Ritz Carlton Abu-Dhabi again.

A perfect honeymoon location
We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at the Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi. Everywhere you go, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The service has been impeccable. We ate at Li Jang and Mijana for dinner and the food was delicious.
