Royal Rose Hotel

This is my second stay in the hotel. We took 3 rooms . They upgraded our stay to have open juniors suite Na 2 connecting rooms. The rooms were clean and well organized. Everything I needed was there . The breakfast was good although I think couple of dishes could be added . The kids were satisfied actually the whole family were satisfied with breakfast. The workers all were so helpful and cooperative.

⸻ I recently stayed at Royal Rose Hotel in Abu Dhabi. While the hotel is quite elegant, I encountered some significant issues with the service. After spilling something on the table, I requested cleaning but waited three hours without any response. When I raised this with Edgar, the tone of his response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, I experienced a concerning incident involving racist behavior from a staff member. This behavior is completely unacceptable and should be addressed immediately. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and takes steps to ensure a respectful and professional environment for all guests.

Coach Sanjaya gave my child excellent swimming lessons. Within just a few sessions, he was swimming confidently and had learned a few different strokes

I come from Europe and it was my first time in the UAE and I wanted to experience what a traditional hotel is like and for sure this one is perfect for what I was looking for. The hotel is top quality, from the parking in front, to the amazing staff that took care of us, to the cleaness and of course, the design is what really caught my attention. The rooms are very spacious(I travelled with my family and we booked 2 rooms) and something quite important that I wanted to mention is that the bathrooms were spot on clean! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely go back! 5*

I love how the staff are warm and accommodating. Specially Ms. Cynthia who is very jolly and kind. Kudos to team Printaniya!
