Great hotel and above all extremely friendly staff. The room service personnel Amash was extremely friendly assisting me with adhoc requests for cleaning room or getting amenities.

Royal Rose Christmas stay
We decided on the Royal Rose Hotel for a Xmas break . Our room was a King Junior suite that was split into a King Size bedroom and a lounge area , and was very comfortable. The hotel is in the city centre so no beach but a nice roof top pool where we were looked after well by Pravisha every day . We were privileged to use the Executive Lounge every day which is located on the 18th floor . It is very quiet and relaxing with a good mix of drinks and canapés . We were looked after every evening with good service from Bilal and Sandeep. Tip - get down to breakfast early as it’s chaotic around 9am onwards but the staff are fantastic and are very professional even under the stress . Well done & merry Xmas to all.
