Lifetime view of the Tajmahal from your hotel balcony
Excellent view of the Taj Mahal in all its glory at different times of day and night. Very aesthetically designed luxury property . Young and caring staff . Rooms are a bit small . Mosquitoes in the evenings and kites during the day while you are sitting at the balcony . Scope for further small improvements in room features and services. Overall highly recommended at least for one night( and more if you can afford it😊

First Class Five Star Service
It is not often that you find a 5 star hotel where the staff are more impressive than the surroundings in which you find yourself. This hotel while absolutley stunning prides itself on human connection and it is felt not only by your interaction with the management but mostly by the staff in front line roles. People like Riya epitomise the ethos of this hotel. She could not have done any more to ensure our experience was first class, not only in her sphere of influence but extended this to all other areas of the hotel team. It is very rare to see senior management so visible and accessible in a hotel of this quality, but Arpan leads from the front and clearly believes in demonstrating the skills and qualities that he is so passionate about and strives to achieve in his team. You will gather we were delighted to stay here and believe it will be one of the highlights of our trip to India.

Stunning hotel
A stunning hotel with beautiful rooms, attentive and courteous staff. We were made to feel so welcome. We had a fabulous high tea on the terrace with the Taj Mahal in the distance.

Fabulous hotel!
What an amazing experience! I've stayed in many fabulous hotels, but this was by far one of the best. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, it was perfect. The room (with a balcony and direct view of the Taj Mahal!) was perfect. Upon arrival at the hotel, they took a picture of us on the balcony with the Taj in the background, then gave us the picture as a souvenir. All the staff were exceptional, special shout out to Jubilee and Samantha (Sabrina?). Thank you for a wonderful stay Oberoi Taj!
