We had to walk far to pick up our vehicle There was no staff for valet parking. There was 2 employees in the front just sitting there. Also the bathroom sink wasn’t working properly. Beautiful hotel but bad service. We usually visit the Zacatecas location , wich has excellent service

Wonderful atmosphere. Love the architecture. The courtyard is great for photos. Very friendly staff. Great location. I love that it is right across from the park. A quiet, comfortable and enjoyable stay.

You will not find a better atmosphere, highly recommended. Gorgeous architecture, beautiful rooms, and outstanding dinning (indoor and outdoor). Most helpful staff, attentive servers, and the most excellent manager.

Beautiful hotel whose beauty is, unfortunately, only skin deep. My A/C didn’t work. My room was 78 degrees at 9 p.m. Not horrible, but not pleasant. I asked if they had a fan. They did not. They suggested I open the window (as it was cooler outside). But, the window had no screen and there were mosquitos, as I had discovered while we were in a conference room earlier that evening and I was being attacked by mosquitos because we had to keep the door to the garden open … because the A/C didn’t work there either. They did offer to change my room, but I had already unpacked and kind of expected to encounter the same issue in a different room. When I first called the front desk about the A/C, the phone didn’t work (resulting in multiple trips to the front desk for basic communication). When I tried to use the safe, it didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work. When I came back from a very long work day and trapsed to my room on the top floor in the back of the hotel, my card didn’t work. No one’s card in my group of 15 worked. Yet more unnecessary trips to the front desk. Restaurant service was excruciatingly slow, even by Mexican standards. Even my Mexican coworkers said it was ridiculous. It seems there was only 1 server to handle all the guests during our first two days there. I could go on, from negligible water pressure in the shower to random non-working outlets and so on. In short, find a better hotel. This one may be pretty on the outside, but there must be other options that can provide a more comfortable and relaxing stay.

All about this place is just great. A must visit place if you go to Aguascalientes. The suite has 2 rooms perfect to a group that wants to stay together but have privacy at the same time. Also has a jacuzzi great to have a spa moment and relax just before go to sleep.
